This Privacy Policy explains how The Spree Group, a real estate team brokered by LPT Realty, LLC (“we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit thespreegroup.com (the “Site”) or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us through our contact and careers forms, by phone, text or email: your name, email, phone number, property address, home-search preferences and messages, and, for job applicants, résumé and license details. Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies, property search and analytics

Our property search is provided by Ylopo, which sets cookies to run searches and remember your preferences. Saved searches and listing alerts you sign up for are handled by Ylopo on our behalf. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. Our hosting and caching providers may also set technical cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

3. How we use information

To respond to you; to provide real estate services through LPT Realty, LLC; to send listings, market updates and other messages you’ve requested; to review career applications; to run, secure and improve the Site; and to meet legal, brokerage and MLS requirements.

4. How we share information

With LPT Realty, LLC (our brokerage); with service providers that help us run the Site, forms, property search, email, texting and our CRM; with parties to your transaction at your direction (such as lenders and title companies); and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, The Spree Group may send you texts about your inquiry, listings and real estate services, which may include messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

6. Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. We may still contact you about an active transaction.

7. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law and brokerage record-keeping rules, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations, by contacting us.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
